If you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please let me know with as much notice as possible (at least 24 hrs) so that I can try to fill the time allocated. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, I may have to ask you to pay 1/2 of the agreed charge. You can contact me by email jonnynw@gmx.com, text or call on 07905 461013.

If you are unable to give me any notice of cancellation then I have to reserve the right to charge the full agreed fee.
Children & Young People
Young people aged 17 or under must be accompanied by a parent. I'm sorry to imply that 17 year-olds are not adults, but for our mutual legal protection it's essential.
Privacy & Data Protection

In accordance with the UK GDPR, I am obliged to retain documented evidence of individuals opting in to receive communications from me, either electronically, on paper or face to face. This data is filed in my client database and/or paper filing system, depending on the way the individual opted in.

I adhere to an opt-in system for emails, so I will only ever send emails to those who have requested or accepted them. You can remove yourself from the mailing list anytime via the link to unsubscribe at the bottom of every email or by emailing jonnynw@gmx.com and requesting that your email address is removed from the list. If you wish, you can also request me to delete all data I hold for you.
You have the right to request a copy of all data I hold for you, as well as the ‘right to be forgotten’ (request that all data I hold for you is deleted or anonymised). If you would like to exercise your right to request your data, or be forgotten, please email me: jonnynw@gmx.com or call 07905 461013 to let me know and I will implement your request within the required 30 days.

Your contact details
I will need your name, telephone number and email address to contact you via phone, email or SMS to remind you of upcoming appointments or advise of the need to reschedule an appointment. I consider that your having made the appointment is consent to undertake this activity, but you may opt out at any time. I do not add people to my contact list unless they have explicitly given me permission to do so, either electronically, on paper, or verbally. I may need your personal address if I am to visit you for treatment.
